BYM were the first week fixture, a team that lives on draws and a couple of wins to survive the drop from the premier league every season. Bromley were in the driving seat from the start of the game and dominated every department until the final whistle. Quick passes dazzled the opposition as they tried there best to keep up with the game. It wasn't long before until A.Hamid broke the deadlock with a thuderous strike that left BYM rooted. Bromley had many chances that went into disarray, until Bahar took his after returning to the side from his injury that saw him miss the Summer League. This got Bromley back into gear again as BYM made no threats with some of the possesion they had as Bromley slotted in the 3rd and the second for A.Hamid. Bromley beats Bromley...A very friendly local derby or is it ?

Promotion for Bromley B in last years ILFL Div 1 - Winter League see's two Bromley by Bow teams in the Premier Division. At last a derby that the residents and supports of bbbfc can enjoy. As expected Bromley B were fired up and the Bromley FC team composed and reserved as ever. As the local crowds turned upto Meath Gardens football pitch, local residents from the area treated the game as a super sunday match with deck chairs and gazebo's sited along the gardens and balconies.

The game started of with both teams losing possession but it was Bromley FC that dictated the game aliitle while later. After the first goal went in for Bromley FC by Bahar who beat the offside trap, Bromley B lost concentration and the urgency had dropped. It was goals galore from then on as goals from Imran, Dipon and another from Bahar saw the half time score of 4-0 to Bromley FC.

The second half was no differrent from the first as Bromley B struggled with the pace of the game and were second to every ball. A hattrick from Bahar pretty much sealed the game at 5-0 but this was not enough as A.Hamid scored to silence his critics (Bromley B Manager Nagim & Somsul) on the opposite sideline with a finger on his lips. Substitute Mashuk scored the 7th by rolling the ball into the bottom corner, but Bromley B wrapped up the game with a consoliation goal scored by Kohinoor as he beat Keeper Amin in exquiste fashion with the keeper being no stranger in seeing the ball go over him. A scoreline of 7-1 to Bromley FC.

Bromley B Manager Nagim Commented:"A harsh scoreline, but we didn't play to the standards required and we got too excited about the fact that we are playing Bromley FC and lost focus from the start, we need to step up our game."

Bromley FC Manager Shofique "Its good to see 2 teams from the same residing area play each other under Bromley by Bow Community Organisation (BBBCO) and fly the banner for BBBFC in the ILFL Premier League, but Bromley B will need to raise there game if they want to survive"

Hat-trick or Treat for Beaumont...

An brillant performance that saw Bromley by Bow FC fire on all cylinders with Bahar grabing and producing another hattrick performance and not so behind was A.Hamid with a couple of stunners, one of which was goal of the match with an amazing strike on the volley as he fell backwards as the ball was drifted into the top corner. Kalvin also scored a neat goal ending a simple pass and move on the field. Although Bromley FC conceded 3 goals from set pieces while Keeper Amin had to be replaced with an injury, there was nothing to worry about as Beaumont could not hold the ball as Oli played his part in the middle as he saw off any potential threats. Bahar was again Man of the Match with his 3 goals which he took professionaly along with the match ball that he later returned during the Thursday Training @ Marner School. Final Score 6-3 to Bromley by Bow FC.
